Memberships

• 1-hour in any studio is included with your paid monthly membership. Additional hours are available to book at Spark’s standard rental rate. The hour/credits included in your membership can be used towards reservations from now through 6 months out. Membership hours do not have to be used towards reservations during that current month only. For example, it’s August and you want to make a reservation for October. You can use membership hours towards this October booking.
• 30-minute studio rentals are available as a member and can be booked at 50% of the standard hourly rental rate.
• Spark Studios will offer open studio time at least once per month. During open studio time, members are invited to join with up to 1 guest, and create content in the available studios. Open studio time does not guarantee private studio time.
• Members have access to purchase early tickets to Photo Pop-ups, Content Days, and Morning Chats. Due to high demand, tickets for our popular events frequently sell out. To book before tickets go on sale to the general public, please email the team (hello@sparkstudiosoc.com) and request early access to the event!

• Platinum Members receive a complimentary quarterly Swift Session photoshoot with Spark’s in-house photo team. Available after 3 months of membership.
• Platinum Members receive 1 Business Coaching Session With Spark's Founder, Jennifer Garcia. Available after 3 months of membership.
• Platinum Members receive a complimentary quarterly studio hour for marketing photoshoots. Available after 3 months of membership.
• Members have access to purchase early tickets to Photo Pop-ups, Content Days, and Morning Chats.

• By enrolling in this membership, you agree to monthly payments that will be drafted upon agreement and will continue to draft on this date for each month following.
• Monthly studio hours included with your membership do not roll over. Unused hours will expire at the end of each month. However, the hours/credits included in your membership can be used towards reservations from now through 6 months out. Membership hours do not have to be used towards reservations during that current month only. For example, it’s August and you want to make a reservation for October. You can use membership hours towards this October booking.
• Spark Memberships require a 6-month commitment. After that, your membership will continue on a month-to-month basis.
• Monthly membership payments will occur by auto-draft. Manual payments are not accepted.
• Membership studio hours & benefits are non-transferable. The member must be present to use the benefits included with their membership.
• Membership hours & reservations are subject to Spark’s standard cancelation & reschedule policies.
• Hours included with your membership are not valid towards existing reservations.
• You can adjust your plan by upgrading or downgrading at any time during your Membership.
• All membership payments are non-refundable.
• A minimum 15-day notice is required to cancel your membership. You can email hello@sparkstudiosoc.com to do so.
• If your membership is canceled within your 6-month contract period due to extreme circumstances (a death of an immediate family member, major illness, out-of-state relocation), you are responsible for paying the full cost difference of all past and future reservations that were booked using any Membership codes.
• Rates are guaranteed for the first six months of your membership.
• To redeem benefits & perks, your membership must be active and in good payment standing.
• Members are expected to uphold the highest standards at Spark Studios, to treat our studios with care, and to be kind stewards of our community. Your membership can be terminated at any time for violations of our Spark Standard.
